TYPES OF DATA THAT WE COLLECT
Client data relevant to immigration applications
As part of our client service, we record and store data relating to client details, client situation, and advice provided. This data is used by us solely in order to provide an excellent client service, to ensure a successful immigration application, and to provide the best possible advice.
We are required by the OISC to retain relevant data for a period of no less than six years. After that point, this data is securely deleted.
In addition, we are required by the OISC to retain relevant data for any future audit by the OISC. However, on request, clients may object to their data being used for future audits of this sort.
Enquiries to VisaHelpUK
As part of our enquiry process, and in order to help you best, we may record your name, contact details, and other relevant information relating to your enquiry.

Clients of VisaHelpUK may examine their records and any personal information contained therein upon request.
